Summary/Goals:
To evaluate the realism and usefulness of the leasing market models that are under development, in the context of guidelines established through discussions with the NM State Engineers office as applied to a real time application in the Mimbres Basin of New Mexcio.
Activities and outcomes during past year:
A series of staekholder meetings have been held 7/13/2006;12/7/2006;3/9/2007;6/7/2007. There have been additional meetings just with the OSE.

Plans for the upcoming year:
Stage 1-3 are complete with data analysis continuing. Addtional Mimbres (Stage 5) experiments will be run this April. We are meeting this Mrch on Satge 4 ( Third Party Effects). A proposal was submitted to the 2025 BoR program ( OSE, UNM, Sandia)
