Summary/Goals:
The project addresses the behavior within alternative institutional structures and policy goals related to water marketing/leasing.
Activities and outcomes during past year:
Stage 1 (stylized), 2 (farmers problem) are complete. Stage 3 ( Uncertianly is 90% complete). Stage 4 (third aprty effects) is being run as a simulation, Stage 5 (Mimbres (OMS M28))is 90% Beta tested, Stage 6 (scenarios) is underway.


Plans for the upcoming year:
Stages 1-3 are complete. The data anlaysis on Stage 3 ( Futures) continues. Addtional experoments for the Mimbres will be run this April (State 5. Stage 4 will be the subject of a meeting this March.
