The Tucson Inn Suites Hotel is holding a block of rooms for participants, single or double occupancy, at $78 (inclusive) for the nights of Monday, October 13, through Friday, October 17 (suites are available for $89.16; jacuzzi suites are available for $111.48). Please make your reservations before the deadline date of October 1, 2003, to ensure that you receive the group rate. The cancellation policy is that you must notify the hotel at least 24 hours before the event, or you will forfeit your deposit (1 night's charges).

You will need to provide credit card information when you call for your room reservation. Be sure to mention that you are attending the University of Arizona SAHRA group meeting to obtain the group rate.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.; check-out time is 12:00 noon. Breakfast is included in the room rate. (Individuals who are not guests of the hotel can purchase breakfast for $4.99.) For guests who are of legal age, a social hour is included in the room rate, with two complementary drinks (your room key is required to show you are a guest). A full cash bar is available for those who are not guests of the hotel.
