Many of SAHRA's educational programs and resources are of interest to K-12 teachers. These projects seek to help educators teach about water resources in semi-arid regions. We also encourage teachers to develop their scientific knowledge and become involved in scientific activity. These programs and resources are designed to meet the National Science Education Standards and emphasize student-centered inquiry. Some projects have been correlated to state standards.
